List of documents to be provided for all projects

• Fill up an online Application form.
• Copy of the plot lease.
• Copy of the technical documents related to the project
  • A report that presents the project
  • A site plan
  • The layout, section and elevation drawings
  • The drainage installation drawings
• Copy of the TAC for Major Developments

List of documents to be provided for Cat. 2 projects

• Copy of Certificate of the engineer responsible of the studies (1 per study type)
• Fire evacuation plan
• Copy of the EIA or the brief clearance (if it corresponds)
• PRM study if the building is accessible to the public

List of documents to be provided for Cat. 1 projects

• Copy of Certificate of the engineer responsible of the studies (1 per study type)
• Copy of the engineering study designs
• Fire evacuation plan
• Copy of the EIA or the brief clearance (if it corresponds)
• PRM study if the building is accessible to the public

NB. All copies should be soft, because they need to be uploaded.
